Jennie McCusker is a leader in cultural development, dedicated to creating inclusive and impactful opportunities for artists and communities. She is currently Executive Director of Creative Engagement at the English National Opera, where she provides strategic and creative leadership for ENO Engage, the company’s learning and participation programme, alongside its Artist Development and Skills programmes.

Previously, Jennie was Head of Artist Development at HOME in Manchester, where she led a wide-ranging programme supporting artists to develop new practices, build sustainable careers, and connect with audiences, while contributing to organisational strategy and development.
Earlier in her career, Jennie held senior roles at the Young Vic, Royal Northern College of Music and Contact Theatre, delivering ambitious participation, engagement and talent development programmes with artists, young people and communities. Throughout her career, she has championed the role of culture in fostering creativity, opportunity and social impact.
