Amanda Saunders is Chief Development and Advocacy Officer at the Royal Ballet and Opera and leads the department responsible for £41m annual income via fundraising, membership, summer season programming, venue hire, £22.9m annual income from ACE, and advocacy. Twenty-three of her thirty-three years in the business side of charitable sector have been in the cultural arena in larger organisations with a reputation for excellence, many at the point of change.
