By public transport
Tube
The nearest underground station is Waterloo, which has step-free entrances and exits, and Westminster, which is across the river. You can get the Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo & City, or Bakerloo lines to Waterloo, and Circle & District and Jubilee lines to Westminster.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with step-free approach from street level, push/pull doors and internal corridors 1.5 metres wide. Wheelchair parking and accessible toilets are available, and assistance dogs are welcome.
A mobile induction loop is available on request. If you would like to use it, please let us know in advance by emailing welcome@businessofopera.com.
If you have any other access or mobility requirements, need wheelchair parking, or will be attending with a carer or companion, please contact us by 12 October so we can make arrangements by emailing welcome@businessofopera.com. Our team will be on hand throughout the day if you need any help.
Food and dietary requirements
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please email welcome@businessofopera.com by 12 October. We will do our best to accommodate all needs; if you have a severe allergy, please also speak to a member of staff on the day.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom facilities are available at the venue but are unattended. Please keep valuables with you, as neither the venue nor the organisers can accept responsibility for items left there.
Photography and filming
The Summit will be photographed and filmed for use in Laidlaw Opera Trust communications. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of staff know at registration.

We are committed to making the Business of Opera Summit a welcoming, respectful and inclusive event for everyone. All attendees, speakers and staff are asked to read and follow our code of conduct.
